Netherlands buying Tomahawk missiles from RTX Corp

At $12.5 million per missile, this deal is worth nearly $2.2 billion to RTX.

The Defense Security Cooperation Agency notified Congress Friday that the Netherlands intend to purchase nearly 200 missiles for its military.

The Dutch plan to purchase:

163 Tomahawk Block V missiles and 12 Tomahawk Block IV missiles;
10 Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control Systems;
And other related equipment.

RTX Corporation (NYSE: RTX) is named principal contractor on the sale, which will be worth $2.19 billion if approved by Congress.
