Turkey buying hundreds of millions of dollars worth of missiles from RTX Corp
The Defense Security Cooperation Agency notified Congress last week of two pending sales of missiles to Turkey.
The State Department has recommended Congress approve a sale of 60 AIM-9X Sidewinder Block II All Up Round (AUR) missiles and eleven (11) AIM-9X Block II Tactical guidance units to Turkey.

The State Department has also recommended Congress approve a sale of 53 AIM-120C-8 Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missiles (AMRAAM); and six (6) AIM-120C-8 AMRAAM guidance sections to Turkey.

Total value of these contracts if Congress approves the sales is $304.1 million. RTX Corporation (NYSE: RTX) is named principal contractor on both contracts.
